Once an order is placed, the payment is processed immediately. This will secure your place, ensuring that your suit will be created and shipped in a proper time. You can expect to receive your suit about 10-15 days before your show date. All our costumes are custom made so they are FINAL SALE – no exceptions.
Incorrect measuring can be a reason for incorrect fitting. Our detailed and illustrated "Style and Size Guide" includes instructions on "How to Measure". Please review the guide before placing your order.
We are not responsible if any incorrect measurements are provided. It is the customer's responsibility to plan and place their order in good time.
We do not accept a dress size, photographs, etc., as valid measurements. Missing measurements may result in order delays.
We are not responsible for any delayed, lost, undelivered, or damaged items in the mailing system. Please contact us if you would like to purchase insurance for added peace of mind.
All our custom-made suits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Each costume is carefully crafted to your specific measurements and thoroughly checked before delivery.
We do not accept returns for custom suits unless the item is faulty. Alterations can be made to ensure a perfect fit.
If there is a fault on the suit upon delivery, notify us within 3 days via email. Returns must include a fully completed Faulty Returns Form, which will be emailed to you.
Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition with labeling and the cover case. Refunds cannot be authorized for modified, washed, or altered items. Please review our detailed return policy.
Connectors are delicate and should be handled with care. Damage caused by improper handling will not be regarded as a fault. Refunds cannot be arranged for broken connectors due to user mishandling.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the complaint, accompanied by Proof of Postage and a tracking number. Faulty items will be inspected, and replacements will be offered only if faults are due to our error.
Returns will be processed for store credit. If you prefer an exchange, place a new order using the store credit.
